Hytteplanmila is organized on Saturday, October 18, and is a street race established in 2004 by IL Holeværingen in collaboration with the corporate sports team of Hytteplan. The race is known for its fast course, and in 2019, Jakob Ingebrigtsen set a new Norwegian record for 10 km with a time of 27:54. In 2024, the race held the status of the Norwegian Championship in connection with its 20th anniversary.
